In 2009, we embarked on offering formal Project Management services to our clients who required a higher level of monitoring and performance on their global project portfolios.  CE&R has focused specifically on project management and co-ordination across the Telco, IT and Construction industries.

 

Project complexities and constraints suggest that a simple “cookie cutting’ modular approach is no longer appropriate.

 

The evolution of project management over the past 14 years has inspired us to tailor our approach and methodologies to meet the markets demands. We have sculpted a hybrid between Prince 2, PM Bok and Agile delivery methods for different client requirements.
