in letting you know how pleased I am with the decks your
company replaced for me and how much I am enjoying them.
The carpenter and his
helpers were an asset to your company. They worked
tirelessly and did a great job. I was especially impressed
with their work ethics and professionalism. They were also
very polite and pleasant to both me and Zeus (BIG dog) [well
they were in awe of Zeus and didn't get too close to him!]

When we moved to Annapolis five years ago, and the Admiral Heights home my wife grew up in needed a new roof, neighbors recommended Frank and Custom Exteriors. By now he has practically re-built the whole house. We are very pleased with the subsequent jobs, which included: upstairs windows; siding for the whole house; a major kitchen expansion/remodel and deck, and last fall the biggest: a renovation of our cramped upstairs to create a bedroom, master bath, walk-in closet and office space. It's wonderful! We're running out of ideas--but will call Frank when we have them.
